  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

    • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • International Shipping:

    • We ship to select international destinations. Available countries are listed at checkout.

    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days after processing.

    • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. My Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders meeting specific criteria (e.g., minimum purchase amount), as indicated during checkout.

  • For international orders, additional fees such as customs duties or taxes are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous materials regulations. These will be noted on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no updates, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at imperialmifitness@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to our Refund Policy.

Title and Risk of Loss

  • Once your order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. My Store is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
